Mr. Ford has more than 30 years of experience as an engineer, business development expert, project manager and executive at Lockheed Martin Space Company. He managed a team of 175 engineers, technicians, and scientists in pursuing, winning, building, and installing government development contracts in the competitive high technology special programs environment. As Director of System Engineering Demonstrations, he provided compelling engineering demonstrations for customers in support of major proposal efforts.
Subsequently, Mr. Ford co-created, incorporated, and managed a 501c3 organization. He grew the organization from three to more than 600 members. Mr. Ford holds the following degrees: Master of Arts in Computer Resources and Information Management from Webster University, a Bachelor of Science–Magna Cum Laude–Mathematics, and a Bachelor of Science–Summa Cum Laude–Business Management.

Dr. Daniel Davidson
AGRONOMIST
Dr. Davidson is a nationally recognized agronomist. He served most recently as Director of Strategic Research for the Illinois Soybean Association. He has also served in various capacities at GEOSYS, Cargill, Agri Business Group and Agri Growth, Inc.
Dr. Davidson holds a Ph.D. in Agronomy from Washington State University and an MS in Agronomy from the University of Missouri.

Dr. Brent Rouppet
SOIL SCIENTIST
Dr. Rouppet is an internationally recognized authority in global soil, crop and irrigation water issues. He provides expertise on sustainable agriculture and horticulture. He has worked with crops and soils at numerous locations around the world. His clients have included domestic and international growers and agencies in the United States, Australia, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Israel, Spain, France, Hong Kong and Niger.
Dr. Rouppet specializes in providing scientific and practical agronomic solutions. He served on the agronomy faculty at New Mexico State University and has led projects for the USAID and the California Department of Food and Agriculture. He holds a BS in Crop Sciences and an MS in Soil Science, both from California Polytechnic State University and a Ph.D. in Agronomy and Soil Fertility from Colorado State University.
